A: PROM SPOT

• Once you have purchased your prom slot please email info@toddpatrickdesigns.com with “PROM 2025:(YOUR NAME)” in the subject line. 
  
  
• $100 prom slot cost WILL NOT go towards dress. Please be aware that 75% of dress total will be required to start on dress once consultation is finished. The $100 deposit is for SERIOUS clients only and is non refundable. You will have until  December 20th to pay your deposit.  So before purchasing this prom slot please be aware of that. Also your deposit could be paid in weekly/monthly installment plan via shoppay at checkout if approved. 

• In the email please be sure to answer and include the following questions.

CONSULTATION

• - a date will be assigned after you book your prom slot. You can come in for your prom consultation or schedule via video. Times available are between 11am-5:30pm. Please list multiple times and dates incase time slot is booked. I want to start ASAP on designs. So please be ready to start. 
  - Not doing any blazers, jackets, mens wear, pants or shorts. 
  - 75% Deposit must be paid to start on dress.
  - *no refund on deposit. This will be applied towards total. 
  - prom slot fee will not go towards dress. 
  
  
• Prom Consultations
  - takes about 45min 
  - will go over design ideas, finalize price and get measured. 
  - only two people total could attend the prom consultation.
  - once everything is finalized a policy and design contract must be signed to continue. 
  - if interested in sketches of your design it’s $60 for 3 digital sketches or $25 for 1, mixing your design ideas and the designer’s ideas. This can be asked durning the consultation and will receive at-least a week after or if you want it presented durning the consultation you must notify in this email you’re interested in this option and to pay, you can cashapp $toddpatrickdesigns $60 with your name/prom sketch in the subject.
  
  PAYMENTS

• My CashApp is $ToddPatrickDesigns with an 2% additional fee of total to cover transaction fees. You can pay on your dress at anytime. I can send an Invoice from PayPal to your email also will include a 2% additional fee to cover transaction fees. Zelle (preferred) no additional charge. Also through my website here for payment plan options.

PROM ESTIMATES? Email with subject “Prom 2025 Estimates” then send a photo with any details regarding the dress and I’ll give a quote of the dress.
