The High Low Layered Tull Dress Skirt is perfect for those who wish to show some leg while slaying the scene in a custom tulle skirt or your fabulous shoes.
This dress does come in 3-4 pieces. The top is separate from the bottom and is made like a body suit with a corset back. Then it's the base level of the skirt which is made like a high low mini, 2nd layer has 1 connecting piece, and 3rd layer has 1 connecting pieces for longer train
Design could be made differently in the future.

- length of skirt to front high area (MOSTLY FROM WAIST TO ABOVE KNEE OR HIGHER)
